Complaints
If you have a complaint about the service we have provided for you then please do let us know. We will try to resolve any problem quickly and operate an internal complaints handling procedure to help us to do this. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman at P.O. Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ to consider the complaint. Normally you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving the final written response from us about your complaint.
